Getting to know me
I have met a lot of people who have a dream to open a food business, but didn't know where to start to make it a reality.
One of my passions (aside from chocolate, travelling, writing, eating delicious food and wine....) is helping people realise that they can make it happen.
I have been involved with hospitality, events, marketing and finance for many years and have helped people achieve their dreams of opening their very own food businesses, working on business plans, finance, partnering with equipment suppliers & designers and everything in between.
