Investigating I’s will sit down with you to investigate whether your products, pricing and placement are appealing to customers. We can ascertain whether frontline employees are following company procedures or compliance practice.
We look at the business as a whole:

*For clubs – Reception/Food & Bistro/Gaming + TAB/Keno/Bar/Entertainment/Bottle shops/Venue eg: toilets, common areas
We set clear objectives – understanding what you need to measure and what you want to achieve. We look at how your business works, your service model, your brand story and any particular concerns you have. We plan the timing and frequency of visits based on what these factors.
Based on the information gained during the inspection and investigation, we will provide action plans including immediate action steps, long term strategies and monitoring.

Each venue will have different/individual needs regarding time and frequency of each visit. These decisions will be made in consultation at the initial appointment.
